崗位職責:
1、學習公司產(chǎn)品知識,掌握生產(chǎn)和工藝流程;
2、參與相關部門的輪崗學習和工作,3-6個月后根據(jù)個人情況定崗定編;
3、完成階段性安排的項目工作;
4、參加公司組織的各項培訓和會議;
5、公司為全體同事提供專業(yè)技能方向和管理方向雙發(fā)展通道,在學習和提高專業(yè)技能的同時,也應注重個人素質和管理技能的提升。
任職資格:
1、本科及以上學歷,高分子材料、化學、化工類專業(yè);
2、有強烈的好奇心,對問題喜歡刨根問底,樂于鉆研;做事謹慎細致,考慮問題全面,具備較強的人際溝通能力、團隊協(xié)作能力,做事有計劃性與條理性,執(zhí)行力強;
3、能夠獨立查詢資料,閱讀英語文獻,熟練使用Office等軟件;
4、認同公司價值觀:言忠信、行篤敬、臻至善。
