86 負責項目物流中心下屬業(yè)務經(jīng)營部門的全面管理和運營。
86 制定并執(zhí)行部門的業(yè)務發(fā)展計劃,確保完成年度業(yè)務目標。
86 組織、協(xié)調(diào)和管理大型項目的物流運作,包括項目物流方案的制定、實施和監(jiān)控。
86 與客戶和供應商建立并維持緊密的合作關系,確保項目按時、按質(zhì)、按預算完成。
86 優(yōu)化項目物流的運營流程,提高工作效率,降低運營成本。
86 領導并培養(yǎng)部門團隊成員,提升團隊的專業(yè)技能和綜合素質(zhì)。
86 監(jiān)控并分析業(yè)務績效,定期匯報經(jīng)營情況并提出改進建議。
86 應對并解決項目實施過程中出現(xiàn)的各類問題,確保項目順利推進。
86 跟蹤行業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢和競爭動態(tài),調(diào)整業(yè)務策略以增強市場競爭力。
任職要求:
86 本科及以上學歷,物流管理、工程管理、國際貿(mào)易或相關專業(yè)優(yōu)先。
86 至少5年項目物流或工程物流管理經(jīng)驗,有大型項目物流操作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
86 具備卓越的領導能力和團隊管理經(jīng)驗,能夠有效推動團隊達成業(yè)務目標。
86 熟悉項目物流的操作流程和國際物流相關法規(guī),具備較強的風險控制意識。
86 優(yōu)秀的溝通能力和談判技巧,能有效協(xié)調(diào)客戶、供應商和內(nèi)部團隊的合作。
86 具備較強的數(shù)據(jù)分析能力,能夠通過數(shù)據(jù)指導項目的決策和優(yōu)化。
86 具備流利的英語溝通能力,能夠熟練使用辦公軟件和物流管理系統(tǒng)。
Job Responsibility:
* Local procurement strategies and project support Initiating procurement
processes and develop procurement strategy to secure local (plant) objectives.
* Governance: Ensuring adherence to internal and external guidelines and
procedures.
* Planning and Controlling Derivation of individual objectives (budget,
target/actual) from plant objectives under the anticipated market situations to
measure, report, control, and (where necessary) to give coaching in the overall
results, on the basis of cross-functional teams, Procurement Dept. and staff.
Guarantee the assigned.
* Human Resources management Management employees in the area of
responsibility to ensure team success with motivated staff.
* Employee support Actively supporting employees in complex and difficult
procedures to ensure the success of employees.
* Supplier management Sourcing, supplier selection, evaluation, continued
development of worldwide master supplier data on the basis of cross-functional
teams to ensure that demand is met to the highest possible degree and to
implement joint cost objectives.
* Responsibility for team objectives Planning, optimization and control of
the result from materials to increase the EVA (Economic Value Added) in the
area of responsibility.
* Organizational, procedural and process responsibility Adaptation and
implementation of efficient forms of organization, procedures and processes to
ensure rationalization potential to optimize productivity.
* Trouble shooting In case of supplier delivery shortage, delay, quality
issue or other cases, provide sufficient support to solve the problem.
* Early integration in all procurement-related procedures to be a competent
partner to all internal customers for the early integration of suppliers.
Requirements:
* Good negotiation skills.
* Good knowledge of mechanical or electrical parts Basic Quality knowledge.
* Good Commercial knowledge.
* Good Knowledge of contract law.
* Familiar with tools of analytical thinking as well as the ability to
communicate effectively with suppliers and other departments.
* Good IT tools and methods.
* Good English Languages.
* Multitasking processing with hard working.
* Good Giving presentations/Chairing meetings.
* Basic Project management.
* Strong in China supply market intelligence.
崗位職責: 按照支行分解的目標任務,積極開展個人及公司存款、信貸、中間業(yè)務等的營銷拓展工作,確保完成目標任務。負責支行各類授信業(yè)務的發(fā)起工作,并做好授信客戶貸前調(diào)查、貸中審查及貸后檢查等管理工作,落實不良貸款及墊款的清收保全工作。積極收集和整理客戶信息資料,建立和維護良好的客戶關系,為客戶提供優(yōu)質(zhì)高效的全方位服務,為支行業(yè)務拓展提供有效支持保障。 職位要求: 1.大學本科及以上學歷; 2.3年以上銀行工作經(jīng)驗; 3.有志從事市場營銷工作,具有良好的溝通和拓展能力,有較高的政治素質(zhì)、良好的職業(yè)道德,有較強的事業(yè)心和責任感; 4.有銀行市場營銷工作經(jīng)驗或客戶資源者優(yōu)先。
1. 負責主管的工作日程安排記錄并做好事先提醒工作,管理項目文件和外來文件,隨時準備好各種資料 2. 負責來訪的接待、項目跟進落實執(zhí)行情況; 3. 配合經(jīng)理管理有關社區(qū)養(yǎng)老項目具體事宜 4. 協(xié)助舉辦項目會議、活動、策劃
1、負責新產(chǎn)品的立項、研發(fā)、試制、試驗與驗收,編寫產(chǎn)品相關資料、申報項目。 2、是研發(fā)部日常管理第一責任人,是人員管理和新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)的主要帶頭人。
