Information distribution and communication between LS,ME,QE and process engineers as well as other co-working departments. 13. Monitor and ensure the proper usage of Manufacturing Execution System. 14. Drive for operational development 15. Supervise the vacancy planning so as to minimize production impact. 16. Manage and reduce the wastage of the production resources. 17. Responsible for the execution of once approved budget on time and in budget. 18. Ensure standardization of each process is maintained across all related functions. 19. Implementation of TS16949 and ISO 14001, OHAS18001. Requirement： 1. Coach and appraise subordinates 2.
