Conduct to provide NXP MFG sites FICO (especially PC&A2) 1st line support according to the predefined support procedure and KPI. 3. Conduct business case study and analysis, optimize the business process, to source and recommend cost effective IT solutions to facilitate or fulfill the needs of business operation 4. Global IT system/projects plan, support, supervises and implementation with regional and corporate project team, and meet the project target as schedule. 5. Liaise with manager to understand business current and future information needs and develop plans, cost estimates, and schedules for integrating these needs into SLA AOP and existing operations.
