Job Description Eaton Electrical now has an opening for ManagerOD ProgramsTMOE located at Shanghai China. PRIMARY FUNCTION: The Program Manager Talent Management Organizational Effectiveness supports Eatons Electrical Sector APAC Region reporting directly to the Manager of Talent Management and Organizational Effectiveness. Primary responsibilities include project management coordination and analysis of talent initiatives and programs within the region. Specific programs and projects include: management of the regional mentoring program diversity and inclusion programs and analysis and consulting around talent development succession planning and retention. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Manage and coordinate talent mentoring program for the region inclusive of benchmarking program design analysis of program effectiveness and recommendations for program expansion and improvement.
