Mission:?To maximize sales and profitability of the aftermarket business by promoting sales of service products to new and existing customers, in accordance with agreed business plans.’Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:?Be responsible for the development of area service business Fulfill service revenue target in assigned territory and increase the capture rate of service product?Proactive communicate with customers to understand their needs on aftermarket service?Propose suitable service products technically and commercially with excellent presentation and communication on-site and off-site?Improve service coverage and explore customer needs according to 1:1 Ratio based on new installation base?According to the company's service strategy, continuously promote the service upgrade and new service product promotion?Cooperate with other service team member to deliver committed service in high standard?Cooperate with credit controller to make sure that account receivables are collected in time according to payment term?Tracing all service demand until order receive?Timely feedback sales and marketing information on service product by weekly plan and report.Candidate Profile:EducationExperience?3 years sales experience in high end industrial company?Service sales/Software sales/Project sales experience will be a plusKnowledge?Mechanical or electrical or knowledge?IT knowledgeLanguage?Fluency in English both in oral and writtenSkills?PC skills is a must?Presentation skill?Negotiation skill?Key account management or area development skill?Logical analysis skillAttributes?Self-started?Personal accountability?Goal achievement ?Strong communication and interpersonal skill?Self-learning?Proactive?Customer focusBehaviors ?Urgency ?Frequent interaction with others?Customer oriented?Teamwork?Competitiveness?Willing to travel任務(wù)根據(jù)商定的業(yè)務(wù)計(jì)劃,通過(guò)促進(jìn)向新客戶(hù)和現(xiàn)有客戶(hù)銷(xiāo)售服務(wù)產(chǎn)品,使售后業(yè)務(wù)的銷(xiāo)售和利潤(rùn)***化。主要職責(zé)職責(zé)和責(zé)任包括但不限于:負(fù)責(zé)地區(qū)服務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展完成指定區(qū)域的服務(wù)收入目標(biāo),提高服務(wù)產(chǎn)品的捕獲率主動(dòng)與客戶(hù)溝通,了解他們對(duì)售后服務(wù)的需求在技術(shù)上和商業(yè)上提出合適的服務(wù)產(chǎn)品,并在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)和非現(xiàn)場(chǎng)進(jìn)行良好的介紹和溝通在新安裝的基礎(chǔ)上,按照1:1的比例提高服務(wù)覆蓋面,挖掘客戶(hù)需求根據(jù)公司的服務(wù)戰(zhàn)略,不斷推動(dòng)服務(wù)升級(jí)和新服務(wù)產(chǎn)品的推廣。與其他服務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì)成員合作,提供高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的承諾服務(wù)與信貸員合作,確保應(yīng)收賬款按照付款期限及時(shí)收回。跟蹤所有的服務(wù)需求,直到收到訂單通過(guò)每周的計(jì)劃和報(bào)告及時(shí)反饋服務(wù)產(chǎn)品的銷(xiāo)售和市場(chǎng)信息。候選人要求教育背景大學(xué)或以上學(xué)歷,銷(xiāo)售、計(jì)算機(jī)、市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)專(zhuān)業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)3年以上高端工業(yè)公司的銷(xiāo)售經(jīng)驗(yàn)有服務(wù)銷(xiāo)售/軟件銷(xiāo)售/項(xiàng)目銷(xiāo)售經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮知識(shí)機(jī)械或電氣或知識(shí)IT知識(shí)語(yǔ)言能力流利的英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)和寫(xiě)作技能必須具備PC技能演講技巧談判技巧關(guān)鍵客戶(hù)管理或區(qū)域開(kāi)發(fā)技能邏輯分析能力個(gè)性自主創(chuàng)業(yè)個(gè)人責(zé)任感實(shí)現(xiàn)目標(biāo)強(qiáng)大的溝通和人際交往能力自學(xué)能力強(qiáng)積極主動(dòng)以客戶(hù)為中心行為習(xí)慣勤奮向上頻繁地與他人互動(dòng)以客戶(hù)為導(dǎo)向團(tuán)隊(duì)合作競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性愿意出差
