Develop job descriptions, job postings, and other marketing materials to attract top talent; ? Consistently meet and exceed sales and recruitment targets; ? Foster a positive candidate experience by ensuring timely communication, feedback, and support throughout the recruitment process. Requirements: ? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field; ? Minimum of 5 years' experience in recruitment, with a focus on sales and business development; ? Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and recruitment targets; ? Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates; ? Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ? Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously; ? Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
