To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a/an Global Mobility Specialist located in Shenzhen.
Reporting to the Global Mobility Manager, the Global Mobility Specialist role involves…
What a typical day looks like:
? Be responsible to apply China work permit and resident permit for foreign employees
? Prepare all related application documents
? Coordinate with foreign employees to collect necessary document for application.
? Follow up application status with related bureaus.
? Apply Business visa for local employees and foreign employees
? Support local employees to apply Shenzhen Hukou and Shenzhen Residence card
? Issue China invitation letter for foreign visitors
? Immigration consultation.
? Vendor management and report preparation.
? China green card and APEC Card application
? Other tasks assigned by line manager
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
? Bachelor’s degree or above in HR Management, Business administration, English or related majors
? 0-1 years HR function experience, related working experience will be plus
? Excellent oral and written English
? Good communication skills
? Self-starter and team work spirit
? Passionate customer focus
? Thoughtful, fast, disciplined execution
