Development and operation Support (English Communication Skill)
PandaCredit is a data-Driven technology company, providing SaaS Solution and core banking system in emerging market including Southeast Asia, Latin America and Africa etc. We work closely with channels partners to provide consumer with credit scoring by utilizing big data and mechanize learning technologies. We offer a complete product package, including scoring and aggregated payment solution. Alibaba Group, Fosun Capital and 500 startups, backs us.
Responsibilities:
1. Research of potential payment companies based on company company development strategy.
2. Contact potential payment companies, communicate business cooperation interest and needs in order to achieve a fast and effective cooperation.
3. Build and manage relationship with payment partners, acquiring banks, negotiate payment processing fees, payment terms etc.
4. Work closely with the sales team, technical team and finance team to know their requirements and communicate them to the payment channel
5. Manage account opening process including KYC, Agreement signing, etc.
6. Assist the technical team with communication during integration stage in order to achieve a smooth and fast integration.
7. Coordinate meetings when needed, attend meetings and help with translations
8. Coordinate with local employees to assist in product testing after integration before product goes live.
9. Open and manage merchant accounts and operations
10. Process user complaints and transmit other information received from payment channel to the team on time.
11. Deliver reports, performance assessment and communicate results to team leader
Qualifications:
? Bachelor’s Degree or above in related field is required
? 1 years of Business Development experience in the payments and Financial Industry
? Fluency in English and Chinese Language
? Possess good analytical thinking and communication skills
? Proven deal closer and strong negotiator
? Commercial understanding of technology solutions, specifically towards financial services industry would be preferred
? Must be residing in Beijing or willing to move to Beijing
