Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Lead to join our User Experience (UX) team. This role will support the UX leadership in managing stakeholders, and overseeing regional projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Human-Centered Design (HCD) and be adept at navigating complex organizational dynamics to drive UX excellence.
Key Responsibilities
? Stakeholder Management
o Act as a liaison between the UX team and internal/external stakeholders.
o Coordinate and facilitate meetings, presentations, and communications with stakeholders.
o Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on UX initiatives.
? Strategy Support
o Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of UX strategies.
o Conduct research and analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making.
? Project Oversight
o Oversee regional UX projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
o Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
? Human-Centered Design
o Advocate for Human-Centered Design principles across the organization.
o Support UX research and design activities, ensuring they are aligned with HCD best practices.
o Facilitate workshops, design sprints, and other HCD activities to drive innovation and user-centered outcomes.
Qualifications
? Education
o Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related.
? Experience
o Minimum of 5 years of experience in a UX-related role, with at least 2 years in project management leading role.
o Proven experience in stakeholder management and strategic planning.
o Strong background in Human-Centered Design with hands-on experience in UX research and design.
? Skills
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
o Proficiency in UX tools and software (e.g., Sketch, Figma, InVision).
o Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct and interpret research.
o Project management skills with experience using project management tools.
