職責(zé):
1.Assess/audit regularly the condition of campus, electrical, air conditioning, swimming pool system, and plumbing and other essential facilities and equipment.
2.Maintain accurate records of the condition of the facilities and other systems in campus.
3.Planning, review, coordinate and oversee maintenance and projects.
4.Attend and provide reports for school meetings
要求:
1.Bachelor’s Degree or master’s degree in Project/Construction Management or Facility Management qualification in a related field (school, property or general)
2.Solid project and construction management experience and background in school, property, or facilities management fields to demonstrate the ability to manage all project and facilities activities and ensure that all deliverables are achieved with regards to safety, quality and cost.
3.Documented experience managing property or school facilities, including HVAC and mechanical/electrical systems.
4.Documented experience of creating and implementing systematic procedures that maintain high quality facilities, including tracking and managing equipment warrantees, etc.
5.Documented experience managing contractors related to maintaining schools’ facilities.
6.Documented experience/reference of efficient communication with relevant local authorities, preferably Guangdong or Guangzhou local authorities.
7.Documented experience in project and construction management.
8.Documented experience in working independently without supervision.
9.Full professional proficiency in both Chinese and English.
10.Excellent communication skills.
11.The FPM position requires a high level of physical fitness, and a health certificate is required.
