我們正在尋找一位技術(shù)精湛的產(chǎn)品開發(fā)和驗(yàn)證工程師,與全球逆變器團(tuán)隊(duì)互動(dòng),領(lǐng)導(dǎo)將我們內(nèi)部開發(fā)的逆變器集成到我們的燃料電池壓縮機(jī)中,使整個(gè)產(chǎn)品成為緊湊、高性能、長(zhǎng)期耐用的解決方案,并為我們的客戶帶來不同的價(jià)值。他/她還將領(lǐng)導(dǎo)產(chǎn)品系統(tǒng)級(jí)測(cè)試和故障排除問題,以確保產(chǎn)品成熟度,并管理測(cè)試結(jié)果/報(bào)告的驗(yàn)證和按時(shí)交付。
產(chǎn)品開發(fā)和驗(yàn)證工程師應(yīng)對(duì)高速燃料電池壓縮機(jī)逆變器有良好的了解,熟悉逆變器相關(guān)的測(cè)試標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和測(cè)試設(shè)備,愿意學(xué)習(xí)并與當(dāng)?shù)睾腿蚬こ虉F(tuán)隊(duì)合作,以確保逆變器開發(fā)符合設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)并確保交付時(shí)間。他應(yīng)該具備很強(qiáng)的溝通和測(cè)試計(jì)劃/執(zhí)行技能,才能加入我們的工程團(tuán)隊(duì)。"
Describe the list of activities/tasks related to the job and Area of Responsibility
"Work closely with global inverter team to understand our inverter design features, capabilities, specs…etc to identify the major risks of the integration work for our fuel cell compressor.
Work closely with local product/design engineers to manage the interfaces between the inverter and fuel cell compressor, make sure the right design is implemented and the major risks are mitigated via DFEMA, experts meetings, simulations, concept testings...
