Job Responsibilities
1. responsible for the company's electronic components/chips sales and promotion;
2.According to the marketing plan, complete the sales target of the department;
3.Open up new markets, develop new customers, and increase the scope of product sales;
4. Collect market information in self responsible market area;
5.Responsible for the planning and execution of sales activities in the sales area, and complete sales tasks;
6. Manage and maintain customer relationships and long-term strategic cooperation plans between customers.
1、負責(zé)公司電子元器件/芯片的銷售及推廣;
2、根據(jù)市場營銷計劃,完成部門銷售指標(biāo);
3、開拓新市場,發(fā)展新客戶,增加產(chǎn)品銷售范圍;
4、負責(zé)轄區(qū)市場信息的收集及競爭對手的分析
5、負責(zé)銷售區(qū)域內(nèi)銷售活動的策劃和執(zhí)行,完成銷售任務(wù);
6、管理維護客戶關(guān)系以及客戶間的長期戰(zhàn)略合作計劃。
1. Bachelor degree or above, CET-6 or above, can speak multiple foreign languages or foreign language major is preferred;
2, work seriously and responsible, quick thinking, can work under certain pressure, have a strong team spirit; Strong communication, understanding and learning ability;
3, with good communication and coordination skills, familiar with electronic components industry, or want to change to the development of electronic components industry;
4, more than one year of foreign trade industry B2B sales experience, overseas customer independent development experience is preferred, no relevant industry experience or outstanding fresh graduates can also be considered;
5. Relevant channel resources are preferred;
任職要求:
1、本科及以上文化程度,英語六級以上,會多門外語或外語專業(yè)優(yōu)先;
2、工作認真負責(zé),思維敏捷,能承受一定的工作壓力,有較強的團隊合作精神;溝通、理解、學(xué)習(xí)能力強;
3、具備良好的溝通與協(xié)調(diào)能力,熟悉電子元器件行業(yè),或想轉(zhuǎn)行到電子元器件行業(yè)發(fā)展;
4、一年以上外貿(mào)行業(yè)B2B銷售經(jīng)驗,有海外客戶自主開發(fā)經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先考慮,無相關(guān)行業(yè)經(jīng)驗或優(yōu)秀應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生亦可考慮;
5、有相關(guān)渠道資源者優(yōu)先;
[福利]:
1、銷售和采購年薪百萬員工超20人,占團隊總?cè)藬?shù)1/4,高底薪、高提成(高于同行水平10%)
2、入職即購買五險(15號之前入職當(dāng)月購買,15號之后入職次月購買)、每月下午茶、季度主題party、法定節(jié)假日、節(jié)日禮品、年假、年終獎等;
3、每季度一次組內(nèi)團建(團建費用可組內(nèi)自行支配)。
