工作職責(zé):
1 制定測試計(jì)劃，處理測試異常，制作測試報(bào)告
2 設(shè)備管理與測試異常處理工作
3 與客戶溝通測試規(guī)范，應(yīng)對(duì)客戶審核
4 上司交辦事項(xiàng)
任職資格:
1. 熟悉鋰電池或PCB知識(shí)。
2. 熟悉電池循環(huán)壽命、產(chǎn)品可靠性檢測、環(huán)境檢測、安全檢測等項(xiàng)目和相關(guān)設(shè)備如充放電柜、恒溫恒濕、振動(dòng)、沖擊、跌落、CT掃描儀等設(shè)備中的至少一種；
3. 熟悉實(shí)驗(yàn)室測試流程異常處理流程及溝通技巧

1. 根據(jù)測試流程，帶領(lǐng)技術(shù)員完成電動(dòng)工具的測試任務(wù)。Leading technicians to perform power tools testing according to testing procedures.
2. 維護(hù)測試設(shè)備，為不同種類的電動(dòng)工具設(shè)計(jì)測試工裝和聯(lián)軸器。Maintain testing equipment, design fixture and coupling for all power tools.
3. 根據(jù)客戶要求，提供客制化測試服務(wù)。Provide customized testing service base on different requirement from customer.
4. 協(xié)助多項(xiàng)認(rèn)證工作，包括IEC, EN, UL, Rohs/Phas 等和DEKRA 等第三方的合作。Assist and maintain IEC, EN, UL, Rohs/Phas etc. and communication with 3rd party like DEKRA.
5. 不斷學(xué)習(xí)最新測試標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，設(shè)計(jì)和購買相關(guān)測試設(shè)備。Study newest testing standard ，design and purchase new testing equipment
6. 出具試驗(yàn)分析和最終試驗(yàn)報(bào)告。Issue testing analyses and conclusion reports.
7. 定時(shí)/不定時(shí)檢查當(dāng)?shù)毓?yīng)商產(chǎn)品開發(fā)、生產(chǎn)制造流程、品質(zhì)管理等方面的合規(guī)性。Spot inspection local supplier’s performance on project development, production process and quality control。
8. 幫助其他部門和供應(yīng)商面對(duì)面的溝通有關(guān)開發(fā)、訂單完成情況、質(zhì)量管理有關(guān)事項(xiàng)。Support other team for supplier F2F communication regarding to development, delivery, quality issues.
任職要求：
1. 5年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 5 years above work experience.
2. 本科以上，機(jī)電一體化。Bachelor major in mechatronics.
3. 良好的溝通能力（英文讀寫）。Communication skill in Chinese and English.
4. 積極主動(dòng)的學(xué)習(xí)精神和認(rèn)真仔細(xì)的工作態(tài)度。Initiative and willing to learn, serious and careful to work.
5. 熟悉國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，熟悉電動(dòng)工具者優(yōu)先。Priority to familiar with international standard and power tools.

博世電動(dòng)
1.本科及以上學(xué)歷，5年工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟練掌握性能測試?yán)碚摷皩?shí)踐，具有性能測試實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
2. 熟悉server端壓力/性能等方面的知識(shí)，并能開展相關(guān)工作；
3. 熟練操作Jmeter或loadrunner性能測試工具，了解其他性能測試工具，并能夠根據(jù)需要選擇適合工具；
崗位要求：
1、能制定測試計(jì)劃及策略，進(jìn)行測試執(zhí)行及分析，并能對(duì)系統(tǒng)性能瓶頸進(jìn)行定位及優(yōu)化分析；
2、熟悉網(wǎng)絡(luò)協(xié)議如：http/https、WebService、dubbo；
3、熟練操作MySQL數(shù)據(jù)庫（增刪改查）
4、良好的Linux操作系統(tǒng)基礎(chǔ)，掌握常用命令的使用，能夠利用命令獨(dú)立分析定位日志問題。
5、較好的團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作能力，有較強(qiáng)的學(xué)習(xí)能力和主動(dòng)性，有較強(qiáng)的責(zé)任心和執(zhí)行力，能為團(tuán)隊(duì)帶來正能量
