崗位職責(zé):
一、阿里巴巴平臺(tái)操作
1、處理和跟進(jìn)詢盤、RFQ報(bào)價(jià)
2、優(yōu)化滯后、低效果產(chǎn)品
3、將來源于阿里巴巴的客戶,進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)手機(jī)和資料入檔
二、客戶開發(fā)
1、不斷獲取新客戶的信息,包括基本信息和聯(lián)系方式,及時(shí)錄入系統(tǒng)
2、做新客戶的背景調(diào)查和客戶分析
3、篩選新客戶,并進(jìn)行分類和歸檔
4、發(fā)開發(fā)信
5、對優(yōu)質(zhì)客戶適時(shí)電話跟進(jìn),對未回復(fù)客戶電話跟進(jìn)
6、通過App社交軟件、Email、電話交流等方式,向客戶定期推新款
7、完善客戶信息、獲取客戶的采購計(jì)劃

職責(zé): ● Manage all systems to ensure the overall integrity of data, security, and infrastructure in all areas of information technologies, including networking and systems, telecommunications (voice and data), and library systems. ● In collaboration with the Security Engineer, implement appropriate IT security procedures, configure security software and implement security administration functions across multiple platforms to ensure that the school’s information assets are properly protected. ● Ensure that help desk tickets for hardware and software are resolved in a timely manner. ● With the IT Infrastructure Services Team, plan and oversee all network hardware, server hardware and operating systems, and network storage. Lead the Infrastructure Services Team in the research, testing, evaluation, and recommendation of tools and utilities that improve or enhance network performance, network reliability, and user support and their impact on existing system configurations. ● Lead the Infrastructure Services Team to develop and maintain best practices and standards in process, design, architecture, and operations of all aspects of service-oriented information technology delivery. ● Document, plan, and control hardware acquisitions and installations to ensure that they are consistent with the school's strategic plans. ● Monitor, fine-tune, and report LAN/WAN, server, and workstation utilization and performance; recommend continuous improvements based on operational reports. 要求: ●University graduate, At least five years relevant experience designing, implementing, managing, supporting and documenting Microsoft Windows, SAN, NAS, Palo Alto firewall, VMWare, Veeam Backup, Cisco ISE, and Linux networks. ● Effective English communication skills, verbal and written. The ability to communicate in Cantonese is an advantage. ● Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to work as a flexible, collaborative, and supportive team member while excelling in a fast-paced service environment. ● Problem-solving skills on network, hardware and software, maintenance, repair, and recovery.
- Vendor service must be able to comply with CBRC IT outsourcing risk management guideline.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin
- 1-20 years or above working experience in related industry.
- Good command of English and mandarin
- High energy and enthusiasm/ compulsion to do whatever it takes to reach a successful outcome
- Passionate about teaming for results/ ability to work independently
- High tolerance for ambiguity
- Team lead experience will be a plus
- No serious user complaints
- No significant operating mistake
- Proficiency in end user support or in the core infrastructure areas such as network, database and servers etc.
- Senior members should have proficient project management skills and have capability to handle the complicated infrastructure related projects. Make sure the project could be delivered within the budget and timeline.
