As a core member of the product management team, this technical business analyst position involves working closely with the product directors, business and software development teams to identify and define requirements to meet internal and external client expectations.Applicants must have experience analyzing and documenting software requirements as well as knowledge of databases, service level software and APIs.Main Responsibilities? Translate high level objectives provided by Software Product Management and external clients into testable, measurable functional specifications? Research and document functional requirements, integrating multiple sources? Take software product feature ownership and manage full life cycle of the requirement? Produce and maintain product backlog and participate in or drive sprint planning where appropriate? Analyze and document user workflows? Develop use cases, demonstrating how each class of user interacts with each system function? Assist with the prioritization of initial feature development and ongoing change requests? Ensure application interfaces address human factor design considerations? Assist the Quality Assurance group with execution of systematic and ad-hoc test cases. Log failures so that QA Analysts may follow up to ensure resolution? Manage/update/communicate evolving requirements documents through complete project life cycle? Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with all levels of leadership including Clients, Product Management, Development, UX, QA, and SupportRequirements? 2 years’ experience in a Business Analyst role working specifically with enterprise software products? Expert knowledge of the Software Development and/or Product Development life-cycle? Must possess excellent written and interpersonal communication skills and be able to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization? Experience in requirement management, including requirements gathering, analysis, and specification documentation? Ability to assume intellectual ownership and possess strong attention to details and commitment to delivering quality product? Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and synthesize cross-functional input in a team/collaborative environment? 崗位職責(zé):
1.負(fù)責(zé)用戶(hù)需求調(diào)研、用戶(hù)需求開(kāi)發(fā)、產(chǎn)品需求開(kāi)發(fā)、需求管理工作,指導(dǎo)及協(xié)助產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)、實(shí)現(xiàn)、測(cè)試相關(guān)的工作,促進(jìn)產(chǎn)品需求的順利實(shí)現(xiàn),保證產(chǎn)品滿(mǎn)足客戶(hù)需求。
2.負(fù)責(zé)協(xié)助產(chǎn)品經(jīng)理開(kāi)展其他工作。
任職要求:
1.本科及以上學(xué)歷,計(jì)算機(jī)、軟件工程、電氣工程及相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè);
2.3年以上研發(fā)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),2年以上系統(tǒng)分析和需求分析工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先;
3.熟悉需求分析的方法,熟悉軟件需求分析過(guò)程;
4.熟悉需求開(kāi)發(fā)及需求管理相關(guān)知識(shí)和工具,熟悉產(chǎn)品原型設(shè)計(jì)和UE設(shè)計(jì),熟練使用主流產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)軟件;崗位職責(zé):
1.評(píng)估、分析用戶(hù)需求,建立系統(tǒng)目標(biāo)。
準(zhǔn)備系統(tǒng)文檔,如功能規(guī)格書(shū)、用戶(hù)手冊(cè)等。2支持業(yè)務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì)和開(kāi)發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)之間的溝通。
3 與開(kāi)發(fā)人員一起支持并執(zhí)行最終用戶(hù)驗(yàn)收測(cè)試。
4.與業(yè)務(wù)部門(mén)合作,確認(rèn)交付進(jìn)度并跟進(jìn)系統(tǒng)實(shí)施。
5.幫助團(tuán)隊(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)或項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理建立團(tuán)隊(duì)業(yè)務(wù)領(lǐng)域知識(shí),包括業(yè)務(wù)知識(shí)庫(kù)維護(hù),新員工業(yè)務(wù)知識(shí)培訓(xùn)。
6通過(guò)日常工作幫助團(tuán)隊(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)或項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理進(jìn)行利益相關(guān)者關(guān)系管理。
崗位要求:
1.統(tǒng)招本科以上學(xué)歷,相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)優(yōu)先。
2.至少5年業(yè)務(wù)分析經(jīng)驗(yàn),大型企業(yè)內(nèi)部流程優(yōu)化的業(yè)務(wù)分析經(jīng)驗(yàn)加分
3能夠通過(guò)多種場(chǎng)景識(shí)別和定義需求,以評(píng)估實(shí)際業(yè)務(wù)問(wèn)題,并隨后與業(yè)務(wù)和最終用戶(hù)驗(yàn)證任何更新。4 能夠理解、解釋并有效地向業(yè)務(wù)、最終用戶(hù)和技術(shù)團(tuán)隊(duì)傳達(dá)需求和業(yè)務(wù)場(chǎng)景。
5.全面了解軟件開(kāi)發(fā)流程,包括軟件設(shè)計(jì)和編程。
6.自我激勵(lì),以結(jié)果為導(dǎo)向。
7.分析和解決問(wèn)題的能力。
8.英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫(xiě)流利。
