1.Play a leadership role, responsible for cross departmental communication and coordination, ensuring the effective allocation and utilization of resources (funds, assets, personnel) among various departments of the battery project, and ensuring the achievement of project goals defined from the customer's perspective of cell assembly line value stream. 2. Lead and monitor the progress of each stage of the project from project initiation, promptly identify problems and propose solutions to ensure the achievement of the goals of the value stream. 3. Analyze existing processes, identify bottlenecks and shortcomings, propose and lead process optimization, including developing new processes, developing implementation plans, monitoring the implementation process, evaluating optimization results, enhancing team's productivity and achieving an even shortening value creating flow. 4.Regularly organize project meetings to study various issues, track the resolution of project meeting resolutions, and directly report the primary issues to the top manager when needed 5. Based on the Dalian model, we assist other power plants in preparing, implementing, and optimizing VSM systems for the battery assembly process through continuous communication and sharing of experiences and lessons learned. 計算機(jī)能力：熟悉計算機(jī)應(yīng)用軟件的使用，熟練西門子編程軟件、AUTOCAD等軟件

二、能力要求
1、精通西門子PLC,伺服、組態(tài)軟件等主流工控產(chǎn)品，掌握step7、博途等編程軟件；
2、精通發(fā)那科數(shù)控機(jī)床，西門子數(shù)控機(jī)床控制程序，調(diào)試和維護(hù)
3、有獨(dú)立策劃及組織自動化項(xiàng)目能力；
4、有能力進(jìn)行數(shù)控機(jī)床刀具管理和優(yōu)化
5、了解數(shù)控機(jī)床組成，相關(guān)設(shè)備保養(yǎng)，使用，維修策略；
6、具備獨(dú)立工作和組織協(xié)調(diào)能力，并具備一定的分析、判斷能力、較強(qiáng)的理解能力及執(zhí)行能力，較強(qiáng)的語言及文字表達(dá)能力，能獨(dú)立分析與處理一般質(zhì)量問題；
能夠帶教他人，并具有良好的服務(wù)意識、較強(qiáng)的技術(shù)溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神。
三、工作職責(zé)
1、遵守并執(zhí)行公司體系/內(nèi)控制度等要求；
2、負(fù)責(zé)新項(xiàng)目試制階段的機(jī)加工設(shè)備管理，方案評審、設(shè)備驗(yàn)收、工廠項(xiàng)目協(xié)調(diào)等；
3、負(fù)責(zé)批產(chǎn)階段機(jī)加工設(shè)備管理、機(jī)加工工裝管理，優(yōu)化/改進(jìn)工作（工程更改、布局優(yōu)化、技術(shù)改進(jìn)等）；
4、負(fù)責(zé)設(shè)備的日常管理（點(diǎn)檢優(yōu)化，保養(yǎng)優(yōu)化），備件申請、備件梳理、備件管理、故障分析，編制相關(guān)的維修指導(dǎo)；
5、負(fù)責(zé)對機(jī)加工設(shè)備的持續(xù)改善，自動化項(xiàng)目以及降本增效；
6、對各類機(jī)加工設(shè)備在管理過程中的問題與上級主管部門進(jìn)行溝通；
7、對生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場員工給予技術(shù)支持及相關(guān)培訓(xùn)；
8、對車間/工段TPM的執(zhí)行情況進(jìn)行監(jiān)督、檢查；
9、完成信息、資料的收集/歸檔工作；
10、按要求完成上級業(yè)務(wù)部門及領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦/協(xié)辦的各項(xiàng)工作。
