崗位職責(zé)
1、 負(fù)責(zé)WMS/TMS系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì),收集業(yè)務(wù)需求,提出有效可行的系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)品解決方案,指導(dǎo)業(yè)務(wù)部門(mén)合理作業(yè);
2、負(fù)責(zé)公司業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)的PC端及移動(dòng)端產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì);
3、 負(fù)責(zé)與業(yè)務(wù)部門(mén)溝通,對(duì)WMS/TMS/ERP的應(yīng)用和作業(yè)流程規(guī)范提供培訓(xùn)和指導(dǎo);
4、 獨(dú)立完成方案論證、原型設(shè)計(jì)、PRD文檔編寫(xiě),推進(jìn)相關(guān)系統(tǒng)的更新優(yōu)化;
5、負(fù)責(zé)部門(mén)管理體系建設(shè)及團(tuán)隊(duì)培養(yǎng),搭建產(chǎn)品團(tuán)隊(duì)規(guī)范化作業(yè)流程。
任職要求
1、 統(tǒng)招本科及以上學(xué)歷,5年以上產(chǎn)品規(guī)劃經(jīng)驗(yàn),有ERP/TMS/WMS/SAAS相關(guān)項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn);
2、 關(guān)注用戶(hù)體驗(yàn),對(duì)新鮮事物敏感,對(duì)產(chǎn)品方案有自己的見(jiàn)解;
3、 具備較強(qiáng)的文字表現(xiàn)能力、PPT文案撰寫(xiě)能力、口頭表達(dá)能力和學(xué)習(xí)能力;
4、 良好的責(zé)任心和執(zhí)行力,擁有良好的溝通能力,以及謙遜的素質(zhì)和積極主動(dòng)的溝通意識(shí);
5、 具有優(yōu)秀的數(shù)據(jù)分析能力和嚴(yán)密的邏輯思維;
6、 2年以上5人及以上團(tuán)隊(duì)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),人才培養(yǎng)經(jīng)驗(yàn),可合理有效地進(jìn)行人員績(jī)效考評(píng)。
7、 具有中大型系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先,有ERP/WMS/TMS/SAAS系統(tǒng)0到1設(shè)計(jì),或系統(tǒng)重構(gòu)經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先;
8、 具有快消品行業(yè)、倉(cāng)庫(kù)管理系統(tǒng)經(jīng)驗(yàn)、基礎(chǔ)財(cái)務(wù)知識(shí)的優(yōu)先;
任職要求
1.工程造價(jià)、土木工程、橋梁、道路、鐵路工程或相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)專(zhuān)科及以上學(xué)歷,持有一級(jí)造價(jià)工程師執(zhí)業(yè)資格證書(shū) ;
2.安裝造價(jià)工程師10年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),須同時(shí)具備施工和項(xiàng)目公司經(jīng)歷;
3.熟悉國(guó)家、地區(qū)造價(jià)方面相關(guān)法律法規(guī);
4.熟悉使用相關(guān)計(jì)價(jià)和算量軟件;
5.具備較強(qiáng)的文字寫(xiě)作和語(yǔ)言表達(dá)能力、項(xiàng)目管理能力、溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力;
6.有較強(qiáng)的工作責(zé)任心和良好的職業(yè)道德,無(wú)不良執(zhí)業(yè)紀(jì)律;
7.有良好的法律意識(shí),堅(jiān)持原則。
1.選定相應(yīng)的項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理及造價(jià)工程師,組建項(xiàng)目小組,擬定工作計(jì)劃,召開(kāi)項(xiàng)目啟動(dòng)會(huì);
2.與項(xiàng)目?jī)?nèi)外人員溝通,及時(shí)了解協(xié)調(diào)解決相關(guān)問(wèn)題,并向上級(jí)匯報(bào);
3.指導(dǎo)項(xiàng)目的日志、周報(bào)、月報(bào)編制,項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度統(tǒng)計(jì);
4.督促項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度并及時(shí)提醒項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理,督促完成項(xiàng)目咨詢(xún)費(fèi)收取工作;
5.督促完成項(xiàng)目成果文件的歸檔工作;
6.督促工程師自檢、互檢等復(fù)核檢查并負(fù)責(zé)三級(jí)復(fù)核工作;
7.對(duì)項(xiàng)目的成本及收費(fèi)進(jìn)行測(cè)算分析;
8.及時(shí)完成項(xiàng)目成員工資審核及申報(bào)工作;
9.完成公司或分管領(lǐng)導(dǎo)布置的其他工作事項(xiàng)。
